Buyer Beware

I wish I knew ahead of time that Roku devices had software issues that prevented them from connecting to the internet if you have T-mobile home internet. Currently, this TV won't even let me access other devices plugged into it (like my Xbox and fire stick--both of which can connect to the internet). It says I must be connected to the internet before it lets me access the home screen. Which...everything else in my home is connected. I follow instructions to fix it and nothing works. I call helpdesk at Roku and they tell me to do what I already did. And nobody cares. If I had a vehicle big enough, I'd return it to Sams.

Very bad TV

DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Do not buy the extended warranty! The TV had a black screen after 2 days. I contacted Allstate for the extended warranty and they said they wouldn't cover it because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Then I contacted Phillips and they said that the TV malfunctioned and they would replace it. After I submitted photos for replacement they said the photos didn't work. I got the ROYAL runaround. Awful experience
