I wish I knew ahead of time that Roku devices had software issues that prevented them from connecting to the internet if you have T-mobile home internet. Currently, this TV won't even let me access other devices plugged into it (like my Xbox and fire stick--both of which can connect to the internet). It says I must be connected to the internet before it lets me access the home screen. Which...everything else in my home is connected. I follow instructions to fix it and nothing works. I call helpdesk at Roku and they tell me to do what I already did. And nobody cares. If I had a vehicle big enough, I'd return it to Sams.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Do not buy the extended warranty! The TV had a black screen after 2 days. I contacted Allstate for the extended warranty and they said they wouldn't cover it because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Then I contacted Phillips and they said that the TV malfunctioned and they would replace it. After I submitted photos for replacement they said the photos didn't work. I got the ROYAL runaround. Awful experience

It seems like a good TV so far. We wanted something easy to operate, all we do is watch TV, no gaming. Our old TV was very old, I don't think new TV's last that long, but it was a good price and works as expected.

Very much enjoying the quality of the picture of this TV, still learning about the streaming setup but so far no major issues. All in all a very good unit for the price plus it came with a 3 year warranty
