Great value for what you get. Picture is clear, sound is good, not one that has to have all the bells and whistles to appreciate a nice TV at a very reasonable price.

Bought yesterday - 8/6/24 - unpacked (advice...go ahead and plug in and see if it works before continuing)... screwed on legs, set-up, lines all over screen (attached pic). Nothing damaged on outside screen but inside unit. 800 number said that I could "take pictures" and submit a warranty claim. No thanks.

Excellent TV, our prior Phillips has lasted over 10 years and it still works it was not a smart TV but it still maintained an excellent screen and color. By far our Phillips TV's has out lasted all other brands! We have purchased many other brands and they have not lasted near as long as a Phillips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Roku TV. It is clear and an overall excellent TV. My only complaint is the remote control is difficult to use. I have to literally point it at the TV from various angles and press multiple times before it seems to respond, all this from directly in front of it about 6' away with nothing to block the signal between me and the TV. Im perplexed about it and I am left trying to "crack the code" of how to use the remote, and I am a pretty savvy and techy guy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this TV if the remote worked satisfactorily.

The black is considerably better on this TV compaired to the other QLED TV's I own from other manufacturers. The price is 1/10 of the price of the Q7 in my living room going from 54 inch to 82 inch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Roku built in but don't like that if the sound bar is selected you cannot get the TV speakers unless you go back and select them. There is a auto selection but it doesn't switch on its own. I m still trying to programs Cinemate controller to work all TV, sound bar and DVD player.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with the picture quality, but I'm not happy that the TV always powers up to the home screen. I haven't found a way to power up to the last channel I watched. My other brand TV's do this. Also, the remote is too basic. No numbers, I have to scroll through to change channels instead of entering the #. Not impressed.

Great picture for the money. Easy user friendly Roku setup and use.
