Good wine, good box and good price is trifecta!

This is a very good and gentle wine with crispness that fits the weather so definitely chill it and chill out! I like the box packaging versus bottles which keeps freshness for weeks after opening, if necessary, but no doubt will be consumed way before that time limit!

Good, at good price but..

Wine is pretty decent for a wine from the box. Good price. It still irks me. I am 70 years old men and look and act like one but Sam's employees are still insisting on checking my Id, One would think that the scan and go app should be able to take the information once and apply it for future use. Unfortunately every time I use it to by alcohol I end up putting in the same information. It sucks but it seems like there is always something that needs AI to get fixed.

Bota Gone Bad

I have been a long time consumer for Bota Box products and generally have been satisfied. In the past year or so I have been struggling with bad Bota Box Pinot Grigio from Sam's. The wine has been consistently off, rancid, dark yellow, smells bad, totally not consumable. I first contacted Bota and they said it may have been a one-off and gave me a $15.00 refund. Since, I have returned boxes to Sams twice and decided to not purchase it there anymore. Well, I was there last week and picked up 3 boxes as it had been awhile and I was hoping this issue was resolved. Again, the wine is rancid. The last boxes I returned where not drinkable for safe health reasons they were so bad. The best I can figure is either Sam's buys Bota with bottom of the barrel wine or the wine is not transported and stored properly. I have been purchasing the same wine from Cashwise Liquor with no issues. The wine is light yellow, crisp, and tastes like a good Grigio.

Box has been disappointing

I buy a box of Pinot Grigio prob daily bc my husband and I both enjoy it! Lately the color is darker and it taste terrible. We have even tried different vendors and still same results. It is almost like it’s gone bad. What has happened with yall? I have singed your praises for years!
