I frequently buy the 93% lean ground turkey but lately I've noticed a different taste. It seems whiter and dryer and does not have the same flavor. Has the production of this product changes?

I spent hours meal prepping with the ground turkey only to get bone fragments in every bite. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of my time and money. Makes me so mad.
