I frequently buy the 93% lean ground turkey but lately I've noticed a different taste. It seems whiter and dryer and does not have the same flavor. Has the production of this product changes?

Please please please fix your ground turkey sausages. I love them but every time I have bought them over the years I regret biting down on bone chips in almost every bite. Quality control please
