Member's Mark 2-Burner Gas Grill with Folding Side Shelves

Grill gets very hot on the outside and handle will burn you, missing parts, customer service online is terrible, delivery with FedEx is terrible

Sam's online customer service is awful!!

Spent hrs putting it together and the ignition module was missing. Now I have to call someone. Yuck!!!

Missing a piece

Have not used grill yet. Assembly was pretty strait forward. Small compact design. Just what I was hoping.

2 burner grill

Worked great for a month and now it doesn’t work anyone. I believe the propane regulator is the issue.

I was looking for a really small grill and it’s small. I love it!
It lights very easy DH put it together and there was a lot of parts took about 3 hours.

I picked it up in club and been using it every day!

Bilt App has part B07 with two holes but in reality it just has one. M4 nut does not fit M4 screws. This plus other issues made the grill more difficult to assemble than necessary. Last grill I buy with this brand name.

I ordered the MM 2 burner Grill to replace the one I bought 6 years ago.  I loved that Grill.  Sams did not have these grills in store for the past 18 months, due to Covid supplies I guess.  I was so excited to find them available online.  Up to Sams standards it was easy to order and it arrived exactly on time and the packaging in very good condition.  My husband put it together that evening.  The instructions were spot on and also had very good illustrations.  Not far into the assembly we felt the materials just did not seem what we expected but we reserved judgement.  When it was all complete we were disappointed.   The side shelves get to hot and are painted not stainless steel.  The highest temperature we achieved was 525 constant but as soon as you open the lid it drops dramatically.  That isn't very good for an expensive cut of beef!  Overall the grill is smaller than the originals and just seems very cheap.  We have cooked on it 3 times thinking maybe it needed a break in period.  I don't think it has made a difference.  Also, it was more expensive and we had to put it together.  I have a hard time giving it 3 stars.  Not all  is lost though, my husband researched extensively and was lucky to find the exact burners and heat shields for the old grill which is still in pretty good condition for the firebox and cabinet.  He had to refabricate some of the inside parts but we got out grill back!!!!  I hope Sams will go back to the original 2 burner grills with the stainless steel shelves.  I am going to return the one we just purchased, hopefully.  If they do bring back the old style I will be first in line to purchase.  Thanks for reading all this,  just don't expect much out of the new grill if you buy one.

Grill not up to Members Mark standards

I waited to make this purchase for 2 years, in fact so long they raised the price. I guess I shouldn't have waited. Having said that, it was a great purchase. I was a little intimidated with all the comments I read about the difficulty in putting it together, but it was not the case. It was really pretty easy, and my wife and I completed the project in about an hour and a half and we are 73 & 72 years old. I highly recommend following the steps with the handy tutorial makes it so much easier. We have used the grill several times and so far, I just love it. It is very stylish and extremely well made no cheap materials and folds up to store away. It also comes with a cover that wasn't mentioned in the ad, so I bought an additional one looks like I have a spare now. You will be glad you made this purchase; I know I am,I purchased the mocha and it's beautiful
