Great little grill!

I had bought the 2 burner gas grill online and received it damaged. Also most parts were damaged and the igniter does not work. I either want a refund or another one sent to me. For some reason it won’t allow me to add the photos on here. So if there’s and email I can’t send the photos

Just put together my MM Grill .The Quality control has a little to be desired….. It came with a bad weld on the corner of the grill There is No paint on the damage area which is sure to rust. The Door was also shipped with a dent in it. Waiting to see what the importer will do. This was packaged well with no external drop marks or dings on the outside of the carton. This had to ship from manufacturing this way.

Ordered the red grill, took over 2 hours to put together. One of the final steps was to put the grill tank door on. Slid the door out of the plastic sleeve and it was badly dented. Called customer service, they could not send just a new door. Second grill arrived, pulled out the door immediately and it was even more damaged than the first. The grills were really packaged well with no apparent damage to boxes so I’m unsure why this is a problem. Return of the grill was easy as they send a company to the house to pick it up. SAMS customer service was very helpful throughout the process. The grill works great, love the pull out tray for easy cleaning and was grateful for the grill cover. Love the color, only downside is the dented door.

My last grill was a Weber, it lasted 14 years never having any issues. I replaced it because of rust on the legs. After putting this grill together I struggled to get the gas flowing. It finally started. I ran it for a few minutes and cut it off. I went to cook on it for the first time and again could not get the gas flowing. I almost pulled my Weber out of the trash but it finally started flowing and it lit. I will be calling tomorrow to see if I can get a new regulator. A design issue on this grill is there’s an opening in the back to the lower cabinet. It rains right in and fills the removable grease tray making a bigger mess. I am really second guessing my purchase here.

Spent hrs putting it together and the ignition module was missing. Now I have to call someone. Yuck!!!
