I bought this on Cyber Monday since I thought it was a good. Didn't get delivered until Dec 19th. While box looked bad, delivery and I looked it over and contents inside box ok. Son and I brought chair in to house. We snapped on the back, cut loose box strapped underneath that contained power brick and made all connections. Before we moved it to permanent location, my son asked to test it out. So, we proceeded to plug up power brick and tested out recliner. It worked well...or at least we thought. We reclined the chair twice and now the motor makes a whining noise and will not move either way. Actually got stuck with the legs sticking out and the only way to get it back to sitting position was to push on leg section while holding power button. Eventually it went back in to place. Very disappointed and probably will never buy one online again. Have not had time to call customer support of Abbyson or Sams to see what can be done. May ask for a refund.

Nice chair, doesn't work

Great Chair!

The chair was exactly what I was wanting. The leather is a nice dark brown which matches all our other furniture. It is very comfortable. I really like the storage in the arm rest as it has 2 USB plugs and an outlet. My little one enjoys moving the chair up and down and using the cup holder. It was delivered in 1 big box but the chair itself was in two pieces. It was easy to put together. I would recommend this chair as we are really enjoying it.
