Great Chair! The chair was exactly what I was wanting. The leather is a nice dark brown which matches all our other furniture. It is very comfortable. I really like the storage in the arm rest as it has 2 USB plugs and an outlet. My little one enjoys moving the chair up and down and using the cup holder. It was delivered in 1 big box but the chair itself was in two pieces. It was easy to put together. I would recommend this chair as we are really enjoying it.

I bought this chair because I had shoulder surgery and needed a recliner to sleep in. The surgery was on my right shoulder which is now in a sling, the electric buttons to tilt the chair are on the left side of the chair, this works out beautifully! The chair is very comfortable to sleep in and the built in USB ports are very handy. I will continue to use this chair; even after I am able to sleep in my bed.

I've had this chair for a couple weeks now and I'm still shocked that it was only $249. It's very comfortable. Lots of usb plugs for charging devices. Nice electric recline. Lots of storage in both arms. Looks and feels like a leather chair. I'm buying another one.

Appears to have good construction and very comfortable to sit in. You can raise the legs quite a ways before the back begins to tilt so it's great if you want to sit straight with your legs raised. Doesn't lay completely flat but is flat enough to take the pressure off my lower back. Only cons are I really needed it to be slightly taller and wider. I am 5'10" and it's tall enough to support my head but my feet hang off the leg rest a bit too far. I would have prefered a cloth cover rather than a leather type cover. It gets very warm in the summer. I will probably grateful for the warmth in the winter. Nothing is ever perfect.

Love the chairs, however the armrests are out of position, tried to tighten and found some screws were stripped. Other than this issue they are very comfortable.

I bought this on Cyber Monday since I thought it was a good. Didn't get delivered until Dec 19th. While box looked bad, delivery and I looked it over and contents inside box ok. Son and I brought chair in to house. We snapped on the back, cut loose box strapped underneath that contained power brick and made all connections. Before we moved it to permanent location, my son asked to test it out. So, we proceeded to plug up power brick and tested out recliner. It worked well...or at least we thought. We reclined the chair twice and now the motor makes a whining noise and will not move either way. Actually got stuck with the legs sticking out and the only way to get it back to sitting position was to push on leg section while holding power button. Eventually it went back in to place. Very disappointed and probably will never buy one online again. Have not had time to call customer support of Abbyson or Sams to see what can be done. May ask for a refund.

Recliner overall is fair. Not real comfortable. More like a office furniture. Like other review complaints , the armrest compartment will not stay open. very annoying. I called customer support 4 times and only got voicemail and no one ever called back . I would not recommend this recliner and since they wont return my calls, I will be returning this.
