Kinder’s wood fired spice mix is excellent for almost everything I cook - especially smoked chicken and ribs.

Excellent rub! Very flavorful and great on just about anything. I even use it as a seasoning on Roasted Potatoes and Veggies.

This seasoning/rub seems to impart a peculiar flavor. I've tried it on pork ribs and chicken thighs with the same result.
