This is my seasoning of choice when I want to cook inside, but make it taste like it was grilled. Pan seared pork chops taste fresh off the coals, veggies come out as if Gordon Ramsay himself was using the delicate kiss of fire and smoke from the grill to elicit maximum flavor from the humble greens. Also a delight on fish, french fries, and mixed into dips. 11/10
