I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. After six months on a mid-size SUV, the tires are smooth, quiet, while retaining good handling and winter traction performance. The only drawback is rolling resistance seems higher than OEM tires. Rolling resistance affects gas mileage, but the impact is unknown.

I should say up front that I have personally driven well over a half a million miles on multiple sets of Michelin pick-up truck and auto tires over the past thirty years, and have been very impressed with the ride, performance, and durability of every set. Much of those miles were on interstate highways, with lots of surface street travel. So when I bought a set of four Cross Climate II's three months ago I was very interested in the Cross Climate II tread design and a bit excited to see how it would perform. Well lets just say I was not disappointed. The first week was dry highway and surface roads, the tires felt great! as have all my previous sets of Michelin tires have. I did get a chance early on to checkout the side wall stability at high speed when I had to dodge some significant road debris (a semi truck leaf spring) at highway speed (75mph). The Cross Climate II's responded with true stability and easily passed the high speed road debris dodge test with flying colors. On the third week I was able to check them out in a major down pour, I drove into a rain storm doing 75 mph. I initially cut my speed back to 60 mph to get a feel of tires meeting the very wet road surface, and they felt great. So with no traffic around I tilted the wheel back and fourth slightly to feel the tread stability while driving on water, and they felt glued to the road, so I being a bit of risk taker I took the speed back up to 75mph and the performance was the same; excellent! So that brings me to today my first drive of the year through three or four inches of icy wet heavy snow, tracking was very good through lane changing. The Cross Climate II's handled the snow and slush with no problem. The Cross Climate II Michelin tires deserve five stars and two thumbs up in my book! In closing this review I tell a little story about some advise I overheard when I was younger working American. I overheard a older work colleague say there was two purchases where quality was imperative and he would never go cheap on; shoes and mattresses, because if not in one your in the other. So when I started driving and purchasing tires I added tires to his adage, so there are three things where quality was imperative and I would never go cheap on; shoes, mattresses and tires, because if not in / on one your in / on the other.

I bought these tires about five months ago. They have great traction in the dry and the wet no testing for snow yet it hasn't fallen. As expected small size pieces of gravel will get stuck in the grooves between the rows of tread… easy enough to pop out with a small screwdriver. My Toyota Sienna rides smooth with perhaps a little more noise than a regular summer tire… don't forget, this is basically an all season tire, so you give up a little to get a lot.

Got these tires installed 700 miles ago (two weeks ago) and I'm absolutely loving these tires. They're stable, smooth and safe, but because they're new my fuel economy took a hit (which is to be expected on new tires) which I'm hoping is temporary. The one other complaint is that they create road noise. It's still early days but they're a good tire to go to if you've had treadlife issues with the Premier A/S series.

I just purchased these tires for my daughter's VW Tiguan in late December. So far these tires have lived up to the Michelin reputation - they are very impressive. I was a little hesitant about the aggressive tread pattern being noisy but that has not been a factor. It's very comforting to know that these tires are as advertised - high quality, safe and durable

I've only had these for a couple days on my Chrysler 300C and have driven over 800 miles on them already and it has been the best change of tires I have done since buying my car new. These are super quieter that my previous Firestones, ride quality has improve too, living in Florida with all this rain daily lately makes these CrossClimate2 a must have for cars like mine that are big and heavy plus RWD with a big HEMI to go...One other thing I notice was my cornering and take off have greatly improved too. All I have is praises for these tires. This week I will be heading to NY and will let you all know how they handle it once I am back.

These tires continue exceed my expectations at 10k on my 2018 Lexus RX 350. They are the best ever in heavy rain for steering control. Have not tried them in snow. I had a flat on the rear and had no indicators till a passing motorist motioned me over. The tire tread design might be an acquired taste for some,but are worth the extra cost for the quiet ride ,safety and dependibility. I'll put them on my wife's Avalon.

The original tires on my 2017 Kia Sportage gave up. The tread was still good but the tread had separated from the body of the tire. All four! At least they were consistent. I have had really good luck with Michelin tires in the past, and I expect good service from these. Also they seem to maintain their pressure better with change in temperatures.

Into the second season. We live on Vancouver Island and have a wide variety of winter conditions. Although they don't perform in snow quite as good as Winter tires they have been excellent at switching between varying conditions of snow, ice and heavy rain on the same drive.
