Recieved the package yesterday. Box was torn open at both ends. Poles do not snap in and there is nothing to tether the top down to the bottom of the legs. Missing 6 bolts with screws. Please send me missing bolts. Canopy may be good just not as advertised.

I have 3 of these, we leave up year round, we do take the tarps off if we know a big storm is coming or extra high winds are predicted, our 1st one we got 3 years ago it's just now starting to show and get some holes on the tarp, we did have one completely replaced due to the tarp ripping, but for my daughter's outdoor bday this past year they were a complete life saver! it was down pouring on and off and all our guest stayed completely dry underneath! The frames are still all in great condition no issues no rusting well made. we will be looking to purchase a 4th soon, as we have no trees and they make great shade in the Texas heat!

Missing parts when I received it, and it bent in the first high wind. I would not recommend it!

Great canopy! Easy to assemble and disassemble. We staked it to the ground and it withstood 35 mph wind gusts with no problems.

Horrible experience, ordered 3 times, either arrived damaged or fedex returned it to the shipper stating it was damaged during transport. Sam's Club customer service was useless.

Sadly I have to agree with what others have written about the negative aspects of this. In fact, I haven't even put the thing together and I'm thinking I may return it because it is just as others say. The tarp does not come all the way down to the corners as shown in one or two pictures, it does not have the black knobs at the feet for tool-less assembly, and it does not have the push button locks at each assembly point. It also arrived with the box having been ripped open and retaped by FedEx at one end, so I'm not even 100% certain all my parts are there! I went to walmart.com and found that they offer several choices of these carports for around the same kind of money, believe it or not, and some with better features. I'm thinking I may return this and grab a couple of those instead. Odd that Sam's would have the same price as Walmart for this very same carport (different name on Walmart.com, but the same product) and that Walmart would have some others that seem nicer for less money! I'd say Sam's has let us down on this one. What a pain to have to box this thing back up and haul it over to Sam's!

This was perfect for our granddaughters birthday party. It was quick and easy to put up and down.

This canopy is way better than the ones sold at Tractor Supply and stores like that. Quality is Excellent.
