Good Looks Great Wear

The Primacy MXM4 236/45R18 98W T0 were OEM on my 2019 Tesla M3. It has been almost 3 years (6/19/2019) and 41,200 miles and the tread is still good. I expect to get 45000 miles out of them. The tires have a good feel and perform well in cornering and in rain. There is some slight inner tire wear but l have not had an alignment done since I bought the car. I have rotated the tires roughly every 8000 - 10000 miles. I drive pretty fast on my commute as it is 90 percent highway but l also take it easy in the corners because if you are not careful you can eat up your tread-life pretty quickly in a Tesla. I just ordered a new set from Costco today. I would recommend these tires to anyone.

Good product

The tires are mounted on a Mazda MPV van. They have very good wet weather handling and stopping. We have a steep driveway and they rarely slip going up the driveway. They are quiet. They are not prone to following freeway grooves. I recommend these tires for vans.

Disappointed & frustrated - 25K miles and bald already

I have been a long time (over 20+ years) fan and promoter of Michelin tires and not only have I recommended them to numerous friends and family over the years, but I have always made sure that my BMW's and Telsa only had Michelin tires. However, I am not sure if Michelin quality standards have gone down but back in 2020, tires on my BMW went bald at around 20,000 miles which I could understand might have been a one off issue so I didn't bother and paid on my own to get them replaced, but now the same issue is happening with the tires that came with my Tesla Model 3....gone bald (i.e. 1mm tread left) at around 25,000 miles. I have always trusted the Michelin brand for the past 2 decades but I am being made to rethink that based on the above issues. I hope Michelin management does right by their customers and makes tires that last the full warranty mileage instead of giving us a run around with the warranty claim process.

Great Tire!

I enjoyed these tires very much! I have about 53,000 miles on them and I am more than pleased with their performance. I did two driving classes (skidding and hard cornering) with them in their life time and I'm surprised they still lasted how they did. I'm 21 so you can say I drive with spirit so they have been put through a lot of wear and they are still very quiet! The past blizzards in Missouri kinda gave me trouble this year now that the tires that are ready to be replaced but the winters before (ice and snow and just general wet) gave me no trouble as long as my HHR was able to push through the snow with the 6" of clearance it has. Overall, it's a great all season tire with excellent handling/stopping, comfort (sound and ride feeling), and the tires will last! Not to mention they look good all cleaned up for a sporty, sharp appearance!

The Best Ever

Just had Primacy MXM4 tires installed on my 2009 Subaru Outback 2.5I Limited. I live in the mountains. So tires don't last to long. I like to drive the curvy bits a little fast. Well let me tell you that I noticed the difference straight away. Smother, quieter, faster acceleration and better gas millage. I used to use a 1/4 tank of gas driving up the hill, now it's 1/8th of a tank. Amazing. I will never go back to the OEM tires again. New tires always seem and feel better. These go beyond that. Buy them, you will love them.

Excellent traction and Gas Mileage

I just replaced my tires on my 2012 Hyd. Sonata. I did not see any drop off in gas mileage on first long trip as others claim . We had a very heavy sleet/ ice storm yesterday and I had to drive in it to man our volunteer ambulance . The traction was very good driving on our iced over mountainous roads- going both up and down hills and around curves. I have these tires on my 2004 caddy also and have been please with mileage life . We will buy a Subaru this summer and I am going to ask dealer to replace the tires with these tires.

Great all arounder

I drive 50,000 a year between all my cars. I replaced Michelin Energy Savers with the Primacy MXM4. I liked the Energy Savers. They did provide a measurable MPG improvement from the prior Pilot HX MXM4. That said the Energy Savers were a little noisier and less inspiring in the corners. The Primacy MXM4 is a superior tire in comfort, road noise and handling. Gas mileage is about the same or slightly less but the tradeoff in less noise and better comfort and handling is worth it.

Comfort, longevity and performance

I have the MXM4's on my 2006 Honda Accord. The first set of Michelin's that came standard on the vehicle lasted 80,000 miles. So far, I've gotten 65,000 miles on this set and they are performing even better than the OEM tire as I've got about 40% tread remaining. These tires are amazing. They are quiet, comfortable and consistent. I'm not a fan of spending a lot of money, but when you get such a great bang for the buck out of these tires...these are the greatest value by far.

Bad Milage

Too expensive for little performance. The tires came with the vehicle we bought. Great at the beginning but as the time passed the noise and performance got worse. Not even 29000 I had to replace them. Bought great tires from another Japanese tire company for a lot better price and excellent performance. GOOD BYE MICHELIN

Kia Optima SXL (Turbo)

I wanted Michelin, but my car called for a 93V and there are few. The 93 indicates the weight allowance for a much heavier motorcar, so I chose this tire with the 91V because the weight of the Kia is well within the 91V standards. The tire is remarkable, and I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't wish to buy the Korean tires. It stops, handles, and rides very well, and the only thing I feel the tire has negative is the slight increase in road noise. However, with my turbo going so often, I'm not sure I'm conscious of any noise, and the handling on the Kia is there with Z,W,Y except for speed. My Audi TT has the A/S3 and I really don't think they perform any better than these.
