It fits my Queen sized mattress just fine and doesn't come untucked easily. It was fine to put on to the mattress only a bit of a stretch on the last corner.

I was really impressed with the feel. Usually during the night I toss and turn from being too warm. With this Cooling comfort I stayed cool and has no interruptions from overheating during the night!

I washed it and it did fall apart or have a weird texture. It is on the new bed in our guest bedroom.

Strong material made me believe the product would last for years, yet it was not difficult to put on the bed by myself.
