First, I love cornbread. 2 1/2 years ago I developed some severe food allergies, I'm ANA wheat, dairy, and eggs. My dad makes cornbread from scratch and bakes it in a cast-iron skillet. Whenever he made cornbread, he'd make 2: one for everyone and one for just me. I haven't eaten cornbread in 2 1/2 years, then I found Krusteaz GF honey cornbread mix. It is amazing!! I agree with another reviewer, it's more of a "Northern" cake-like bread as opposed to the "Southern" cornbread. I will definitely use this again and highly recommend it to those with diets excluding gluten or wheat.

We used to eat this quite a bit in our food allergy home. My kids are both allergic to wheat and dairy among other things. The box has never said “may contain milk” and now it does so I had to dump out a whole pan. Thankfully no one ate any before I noticed the change on the box. Why change it?!? It's soo soo good.

if this company can make gluten-free cornbread why can't everyone? do we really need flower to make good cornbread? My answer is no.

we have used this for along time great quality, great mix would be to little of a complement, overflowing with great taste.
