It’s was good enough. Since I’ve had to go gluten free, I’ve been on the lookout for decent baked goods and this works.

Love this product! I make a corn casserole at the holidays and this is a perfect substitute for Jiffy cornbread mix. Can’t taste the difference.

Being able to enjoy corn bread again without getting bloated is awesome! My mother in law adds brown sugar and butter and it turns out so good.

This is the next best thing to non gluten free baked cornbread. Add cheese, peppers and a few jalapenos for a Mexican cornbread spin.

My friend loves this stuff and I sent her a case of it. She was pleased and surprised. And it tastes good too. Not too sweet but not bland either.

First time buying it was a fail. Gritty texture and strange after taste. Will not buy again or recommend
