Well this is my favorite flavor of cornbread. It is delicious right out of the oven and baked in a skillet. Highly recommend this brand of cornbread-if you haven’t tried it.

My daughter is gluten intolerant and has tried many G.F. brands for baking. These muffins are so buttery (without adding any extra) and soft. Not dry or crumbly. I keep several in the cupboard on hand at all times!

While the cornbread came out very good, my stomach makes weird noises every time I eat it. I'm not sure what ingredient in this mix that causes this churning but I will never buy this again. Probably won't buy anything else from this brand.
