This gluten free cornbread is the best cornbread I have had in my life! It is sweeet, and the texture is so fluffy and moist. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed!

Let me start by saying this gluten free corn bread does taste good. . It made a beautiful and delicious cornbread dressing.the muffins baked up beautifully, even with non-dairy almond milk. However, I have learned to not eat any boxed items that don't specifically state what type of modified food starch is contained within. I haven't gotten to speak with the company because I should have spoken with them before I used it. I have a tapioca intolerance due to latex allergy. I don't recommend to use this one if you are sensitive to tapioca. I only took star off due to the lack of clarity of the modified food starch disclosures. I had hives within a few hours of consuming this and other symptoms of tapioca contamination.

Made these for New Years Day for myself and one other person… they were GONE in a heartbeat. Everyone said how delicious they were and are them instead of the ones the host made! 🤩 I added a can of corn ( ensuring it too was gluten free) and that made them even better. I did have to adjust the cooking time (of course) but when the knife came out clean, they were ready!!

Wow! This GF is amazing! I was hoping it would at least be edible but it turned out to be better than non-GF cornbread mix. My boyfriend tasted it and said he wants to start eating this mix instead of his regular stuff. He is not gluten free, just I am. If doesn’t have a grainy texture at all and the slightly sweet taste is delicious. Highly recommend!

Just recently started going gluten free and I was hesitant about trying this cornbread at first. I must say that I think this cornbread will be the reason that I will enjoy being gluten free because it was very very good! And that’s coming from a Cajun/Louisiana native.

I love this gluten free honey cornbread recipe. I especially like that there is no tapioca which I also am sensitve to, and which most gluten free baked goods and mixes contain. I have used the mix to make pumpkin spice muffins with raisins and nuts, also have added lemon zest and blueberries for great blueberry muffins. Once even added coffee and chocolate chips for a mocha muffin version!

I make a mean cornbread myself, but since going gluten free 7 yrs ago, I do take shortcuts. Krusteaz has got their gluten-free line down to a T! I recently reviewed the crumb cake, which by the way is delicious, the cornbread does not disappoint. I also make this in my cast-iron skillet. Everyone likes this cornbread, and I mean everyone. It can be stored in the frig for days. Perfect alone, my husband eats it as a desert!

I barley tried this last week for the first time. It was amazing. It's very affordable. It's in the aisle at winco where the cake baking stuff is. Which is the perfect place for it. Because it reminded me of a cake because it's fluffy and moist. I'm overall satisfied.
