It’s been a while since buying new tires for my vehicle, so the process was a little different. Don’t expect to go into Sam’s and go home with a new set of tires the same day. It’s a 1-2 wk process between ordering tires waiting for them to ship to store & then schedule appointment to have them installed. However, it was a smooth process and worked well for me with my schedule. Staff very helpful to to get right tires for my vehicle.

So far so good, They’re a nice ride, but they’re not as smooth as a Michelin defender But they were $200 cheaper for the set of four
