The ham was ok. It had gristle in each piece that had to be cut out. Disappointed with the pack. Not my favorite. Won't buy again.

Thickness was perfect. Perfect for roll ups or sandwiches. I like the separate packages. Wasn't fatty. Taste good.

Strange texture... not really meat-like. Super salty. I could get through a sandwich... tossed it out.

If you are looking for high quality and low fat meat this is the one. Great for GLP1 users. Having the meat sealed helps with keeping a longer shelf life.
