I ordered the Red Roses %26 Lilies Vase Arrangement, and what arrived was nothing like what was pictured. To be fair, it was pretty, but it had no red roses and no lilies in it. It was a shades of purple bouquet.

Overall they are pretty flowers. I purchased these for Valentine's Day and the roses are about dead and none of the lilies have bloomed yet. Pretty disappointing and will likely not purchase again and go to a florist instead.

The roses were not fresh, and were blackened within a couple days. The Lillie's didn't bloom barely and just died off. Go with something better in the same price range.

Got these for my wifes bday. Today would of been one week since she received them. The lilies did not open and the roses are barely hanging on. Even with water changes and nutrients.

Seriously Pictures shows 12 roses she got 6 Pictures shows Many more then 7 Lillies she got 5 No Note card even though Requested/. Where do I get a Refrund 03/3/2020 0/2020

This arrangement was purchased as a Get Well present. I did not see this arrangement, but the recipient said that it was very nice. I hope she told the truth. I did not ask if the arrangement was as pictured; perhaps I should have done so.

I bought this bouquet for mothers day 2021 for my mom.The flowers were old.couple of flowers were coming off stems.No lilies were sent.very poor show sams club.i do-not know if there is a way to complain to management
