Not Good

These flowers arrived old and wilted and never recovered after all steps taken.  They continued to get worse/wilted, only 1 lilly opened and then fell right apart.  The other lillies never opened, just kept turning browner.  The flowers in the club are magnificent and last weeks.  This bouquet is a week old and looks like it's been dried and its several weeks old.  Awful experience ordering these online to be delivered for Valentine's Day!

Worst flowers ever received

Not only are the flowers far from the picture-perfect ones they show in the photos, but they only included the first line of the message!?!?

The lily buds are tiny and many of the roses have black edges and wrinkles.

Come on.

First and last time ordering flowers from Sams.

So Disappointing

Nice but there are no lilies

First of all, they were 3 days late (delivered after the event).  When the flowers finally arrived they were badly wilted and just plain garbage (no exaggeration).

Knowing how expensive flowers are especially with the delivery fee I was worried about using Sams service but after reading several reviews I decided to try it and I’m glad I did. These were ordered for our grandmother-Delivery was on time as promised; Looked exactly like the photo after it was set up and the lilies opened- I was told they were delivered in a box that packaged the flowers &vase safety; the stems needed a little trimming & they just added water. I would recommend & use this service again.
