Basically a salt lick. The idea of this is awesome but it has an ungodly amount of salt in it.

It is giant so we can eat it for many days. Leftovers are about as good as fresh. Good flavor.

Very Good

We have purchased 6 of these or so in the recent past. The last one had many pieces of meat with cartilage or non-meat pieces in it. Great taste, but terrible texture. We will probably give them one more chance, but another experience like that and we will not buy it again.
