Poor chicken quality.

We have purchased 6 of these or so in the recent past. The last one had many pieces of meat with cartilage or non-meat pieces in it. Great taste, but terrible texture. We will probably give them one more chance, but another experience like that and we will not buy it again.

Comfort Food Made Easy!

The Member’s Mark Chicken Pot Pie is a hearty, comforting meal that’s super easy to bake in the oven. The filling is creamy, packed with tender chicken and veggies, and the crust comes out golden and flaky. Perfect for a quick dinner that feels homemade without all the work!

Tastes homemade!

I have looked at this pie every time we were at Sam's. My husband always thought it was too big for the 2 of us. Finally bought it. He loved it! As I did. The pastry is flaky and the filling is rich and creamy! I did deliver a some to my granddaughter for lunch at work. She loved it as well. I do recommend to start at a lesser cook time than listed. It cooked perfect in 15 minutes less. Warms up great ad leftovers.

The Gold Standard of Store-Bought Comfort Food

If you’ve spent years searching for a pre-made chicken pot pie that doesn't taste like a salt lick or a bowl of mushy peas, the Member's Mark Chicken Pot Pie is the finish line. Frankly, it’s better than most "from-scratch" versions I’ve tried at sit-down restaurants. Why It Stands Out The first thing you’ll notice is the sheer weight of it. This isn't a pie filled with air and gravy; it is densely packed with massive chunks of tender, white-meat chicken. The Crust: It manages to be incredibly flaky and buttery on top while remaining structural on the bottom. It doesn't get that "soggy cardboard" texture that plagues many frozen or deli-aisle pies. The Filling: The gravy is velvety and rich without being overly salty. The vegetables (peas, carrots, and sometimes pearl onions) actually taste fresh and retain a bit of snap. The Value: At over 3 lbs, it easily feeds a family of four (or provides several days of the best leftovers you’ll ever have). The Verdict It’s rare for a club-store item to feel truly "homemade," but this one nails it. It is the ultimate low-effort, high-reward dinner for a cold evening or a busy weeknight. Pros: Enormous chunks of high-quality chicken. Perfect, golden-brown flaky crust. Seasoned beautifully—no extra salt or pepper needed. Cons: It takes over an hour to bake, so plan ahead! Tip: Let the pie rest for about 10–15 minutes after taking it out of the oven. This allows the filling to set so it doesn't run when you slice into that perfect crust.

Just YUM. Like most of Sam's ready-made dinners.

Most of Sam's ready made Deli dinners are actually quite good. Mac n Cheese, Chicken Enchiladas, Pinwheels, Chicken Alfredo... And their pot pies are no exception! Feeds a family of 4 easily for 2-3 meals. Great quality, flavor and price. Makes dinner meals a cinch.

Excellent!!!!

This was a great find. Pricy for calories, but definitely delicious. A friend recommended the pot pie to me and it was definitely worth trying. I will buy this again.

Warm filling meal without the work!

Very tasty pot pie and isn’t filled with all celery! It has large amounts of chicken, and for the price that seems high at first glance, it fed 6 as a stand alone meal without any problem. Sure beats fast food. Easy in/out of oven and a warm filling hearty meal Not to mention how pretty and golden brown the crust turns when cooking.

Delicious! As tasty as I hoped.

I've been wanting to try this pot pie for years, but it's just my hubby and me and it's way too much food for two. We had group of friends come over for dinner and this was a perfect opportunity to try one. I served with mashed potatoes and everyone loved it. Many saying the same thing about wanting to try one, but it is just too much for 1 or 2 people. Great veggies, gravy and plenty of chicken. The crust was delicious too. Maybe Sam's should make a smaller version too, maybe a 2/4 serving size.
