Always a very generous filling, lovely crust, and large amount. Two of us get 3 very generous meals out of one of these pies- have it two nights and then freeze the rest or share with a friend. Have served with company and is great during football season- crowd pleaser. A great gift to drop off,cooked or not, to friends who do not have Sam's memberships. These are the best!

One of the few ready made food items I buy in the refrigerated section. Great for those nights you’re too tired to cook from scratch. Leftovers are great the next day. Also makes a great food delivery choice for new moms, for families dealing will illness or death in the family.

Tasty, good chicken and the right amount of sauce. The only thing is, the directions say to cover with foil, but the crust would not cook and brown until I took off the foil for the last 20 minutes. Next time I will begin the baking with no foil, then cover it for 30 minutes, then see if the crust is baked, if not then I will uncover for the last 20 minutes.

I have bought a lot of these pot pies, and they are usually delicious and attractive in appearance. This time it was absolutely pathetic!! It was only half filled, and the dough was thrown on the top instead of woven lattice appearance. To note, this was a home delivery, so I did not pick it out myself, or clearly I would have chosen 1 that was prepared correctly. We have not eaten it yet, but it better taste as good as usual, although you can see in the picture that it is missing filling on the side by the label. Very disappointing appearance!!

Whenever I’m in Sam’s I look for this chicken pot pie. It’s so popular they sometimes sell out. I’ve tried those frozen ones for quick meals before. This is nothing like that. The pieces of chicken are huge and there is tons of chicken gravy, along with vegetables. It’s big enough to feed a family. I’m sure if you try this, you’ll buy it again and again.

Was a little apprehensive in buying this item but my wife and I decided to give it a try well was it absolutely delicious! I thought the price was might be a little high however after seeing how generous with the amount of ingredients changed my mind. Being 65 years of age I would say I have had a number of these in my lifetime whether store bought or in many restaurants across the United States and would put Sam’s pot pie as probably as the BEST. I hardly EVER do reviews but felt Sam’s deserved a positive review at least on this item.

Perfect for comfort food night for a family of four. They love the crust, so flaky and buttery. Ratio of veggies <chunks of white meat consistently. I was impressed with the herb seasoning and creamy broth and the fact the pies are NOT frozen and are made daily in-house.

Great to have for large families. In our case, just two of us but what an easy meal when several guests arriving. A call when they were an hour or so away plus a Members Mark Chicken Pot Pie in the fridge equals a comfort meal for weary travelers and no stress for hosts. We do go a bit overboard adding mashed potatoes, biscuits, a fresh green salad, and a Sam’s bakery pie. The Pot Pie alone would suffice but when family travels a great distance to visit, why not? Six people had their fill and insisted on having the leftovers for lunch.

This pot pie is amazing! It's great for a tasty hot meal on short notice with a nice balance of veggies and meat. The crust is appropriately thick and browns nicely. I did not bake it directly on the rack per instructions, though. I opted to place it on a foil-covered cooking sheet. It only bubbled out a little.

This chicken pot pie is everything I wanted it to be. Its very hearty and tastes homemade. My kids even loved this dish! Make sure not to tear the label that has the baking directions on it. One thing I do to prevent overbrowning thr crust is to fold aluminium foil over the edges about halfway through.
