Worst ever, missing green grapes, few red grapes, and strawberries quality was bad! I was told, "you got the last one", and I ordered 24 hours ahead

No strawberries. Substituted apple slices. Left a message on Home phone vs cell. Not even close to as full as the pic looks.

The cheese had a very pungent odor and didn't taste good...there were tons of one grape and not of the other or the strawberries.

The tray wasn't full like it's been in the past ore like it's pictured online…you get less fruit and cheese but the price has gone up. Strawberries had soft spots in them too.

These were very good but they were $45 each instead of $35, so we had way too much and spent more than we expected to. We ordered 3 and could have just ordered 2.

Tray was a good size for a birthday party of 25. A few of the strawberries were mushy and not good to eat. I do wish I could customize the fruit in it. Also, my tray wasn't made or at least made on time when I called in an order earlier in the week.

The trays online look full and fresh! But what you pickup is a disappointment. Fruit isn't in the best condition, you will get 1 small sprig of each color grape, the bottom 1/2 of the strawberries will be mushy, there will be blank see through empty spots that you will have to go buy more fruit to fill.. Sams used to be good, what happened?!

some of the strawberries was old like it been sitting there for a long time and some of the cucumbers on the veggie tray look like they was old too not fresh I had to redo the veggie tray and the fruit tray Sam's club y'all need to do a little bit more better if somebody paying all that money for a fruit tray I could have did it myself look the way better and for a person that used to work at a deli presentation is everything

This was so fresh, sweet, and everything was delicious. It's a great value.
