lost the taste of the cheese, since it was mixed with the fruits

I bought 2 of these for my parents' 50th anniversary surprise party. I was very unhappy, because I was not given what was displayed in the picture. There were no strawberries or grapes, just apples and cheese. The employees were not helpful at all in resolving my issue. I was looked at with distaste and made to feel like I was annoying because I questioned why my order was not correct. I would give a zero but I can't! The funny thing 8s that I've bought this same exact tray hundreds of times before for all if my parties and events and never had an issue!

I ordered the fruit tray except it to look like the picture. Instead They filled the tray with apples and no strawberries. I was so disappointed, I brought it for my daughter’s birthday party and didn’t have the time to give it back and get by money back.

I bought this last month for teachers appreciation week as I do every year and it was only apples, grapes, and cheese. I voiced how unhappy I was but they stated they were too busy to fix it. Apparently, they have changed their fruit trays and you have to request strawberries but it never stated that online when I ordered. I still took it since I didn’t have a back up plan but I wasn’t happy about it.

The Strawberries and grapes were rancid! It was embarrassing. I picked up the tray at 9:00 am and served it at 11:00 am and drove it directly from their refrigerator to the venue's refrigerator. The fruit was not arranged like the picture, but strewn among the cheese. The grapes and strawberries were spoiled. It was horrible!

We were quite disappointed with this platter... I e had family order them before and they are HEAPING with fruits and cheese, but this time there was just enough to cover the platter and it wasn’t put together well. For the price it was absolutely not worth it.

The cheese was spoiled, smelled and tasted like soured milk. Several people got sick who ate a few pieces. The trays never look like the pictures, less grapes and poor quality all around. I order 2 trays every month for birthdays and this is the last time!! I've complained and the deli manager and store manager don't care.

The cost is too expensive.

This was so fresh, sweet, and everything was delicious. It’s a great value.
