Ordered this for a farewell party a couple of weeks ago. It was ready when promised. It looked exactly like the picture. The selection of fruits and cheeses were perfect and delicious. Everyone raves about it. I would definitely order this again.

Ordered 2 of these a few weeks ago. . Pleased with the convenience, but i don’t think my trays were as full as the picture shows. Went direct to store yesterday late to by one pre-made. Fruit was not fresh and some was molded. Did not buy. Disappointed!

We have purchased this tray several times for gatherings at work - when the tray comes as pictured, the tray is wonderful. Recently Sam's started substituting apple slices for the strawberries since they claimed they were out of strawberries (strawberries available on the shelf though)....not nearly as wonderful and the apple slices brown quickly.

I bought this item for a party, I have purchased it many times before and been very Pleased! However this time I was not pleased, I did the order online and pick it up make whoever put my order together didn’t look at it as carefully as I would of if I picked it myself. When I got to the party I noticed that the strawberries were already going bad. This was the first time I ordered online and a lesson not to order greasy products. I was pressed for time this is the reason I order for the pick up service online.

I placed a pick-up order and was in a rush and did not check the trays as I should have. When I got home to set up for guests I realized there were no apples on the tray. The grapes were off the vines and rolling about and impossible to pile. I will take greater care in the future. I would recommend the product as pictured - not as received.

I ordered online to have picked up and when i received it at home the strawberries were molded. We had to take it back and get a new one plus we had an event going on which inconvenienced us. When I returned it the manager accused me of switching the fruit and gave very poor customer service.

We bought several of these trays to serve with cocktails prior to the main reception meal while guests waited for the bride and groom to return from getting their post-ceremony photos taken. The fruit and cheese were very good and the very fresh. No complaints!

We ordered this for a Christmas get together. The fruit and cheese tray was very attractive, I and several others felt the cheese acquired a funny taste for some reason. We are big cheese and fruit fans so we're used to eating both but the cheese tasted off, maybe the mix of that and the strawberries? The fruit was great though!

I ordered this tray online for my parents’ anniversary party over Memorial Day weekend. I picked it up a couple days early thinking it’d be okay, but the tray provide was prepared 3 days prior to my pick up and saidnif Best used by the day after my pick up day. So, I knew I wouldn’t be able to use it for the party. Instead of complaining, I thought we’d just enjoy some of the fruit with our dinner. I ate a piece of cheese and thought it tasted “off,” but shrugged it off. I went to give my daughter some grapes which revealed the large amounts of furry white mold all over the strawberries. At least customer service was great and refunded my money with no question or problem.

I liked the many options of the tray however, the tray was not fresh. Some of the strawberries and grapes were bad. I ordered online and did in store pick up. Would highly recommend picking out your own tray and do not leave it to the store to do the shopping for this tray as well as the veggie tray.
