Comfortable and Durable

I have used another kind of Goodyear tire and liked the smooth ride, except I had to replace them every 30,000 miles I was told this new set of tires would last longer than the other tires I replaced, but would give a slightly less comfortable ride. I've had them for over a month and I do not notice the difference, and they will last 20,000 miles longer.

So far so good

Purchased these tires after the OE tires ( continental procontact) reaches the end of their useful life right at 50k. I've put about 5k on these tires and have not found anything to complain about yet. Extremely quite compared to the OE and the a good deal more comfortable.

Outstanding, Premium, Brand New, 85K Mile Tires! A+

I needed a set of 4 tires on my Honda Accord... Originally, I was going to go with the Assurance Comfortred Touring, but I saw that not only did the Assurance MaxLife just get released by Goodyear less than 1 month ago, but they were rated up to 85,000 miles, and even cheaper than the Comfortred. Very smooth, tight, comfortable and quiet ride, and it helped with my overall gas mileage. Highly recommended, especially if you commute over 30-40 minutes to and from work!

Very good tires

My Assurance MaxLife tires handled very well on two occasions when I was caught in heavy thunderstorms while driving on the highway. The tires were able to treaded through all the water that came down quickly. The service manager at the dealership stated that the MaxLife is a very good tire and he has sold many of them as replacement tires. I am very satisfied with the ride and comfort of my MaxLife tires.

Excellent tire

Bj's initially installed the wrong tires on my car. They installed the GY Assurance comforted touring tires. They corrected their mistake and installed the maxlife which I ordered. I must say after having both tires on my car in a matter of two weeks the maxlife ride much better than the comforted touring. Less noise, smoother ride and better handling. I cannot rate them for winter conditions since I am in FL but 5 stars otherwise. If you want a more comfortable, smoother and better handling tire then go with maxlife over comforted touring, plus they have 85,000 mile tread-life warranty which is 15,000 more than the comforted touring tire. You can't go wrong here.

Great tire for highway

After 90k miles on 2 sets of stock tires I was ready for a higher quality tire with greater longevity. I drive a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I drive about 30k miles a year so having a lasting tire with great traction and durability was important. After about 5k miles they seem and look a lot better than the stock tires. I did notice that I lost 2-4 MPG with these new tires vs the original ones. The tread warranty should make up for it in the long run. I took a turn at speed and did notice a bit of a slide while roads were wet but I think the improved traction with snow will make up for it. Looking forward to a long life and performance from these for the next 80k miles. I think the tread warranty will definitely outweigh the slight loss of MPG.

Noisy and not worth it

My criteria was to buy a set of tires that gives me a comfortable ride and lasts reasonably long. It is true to its name, Maxlife. However it comes a huge issue of noise, given the hard composite used to make it last long. It makes it impossible to take calls, listen to music or have any conversation inside the car without screaming. The noise has progressively gotten louder as the tires wore out, I have used this for over two years and 40k miles. I have been very regular with rotation and got it inspected regularly. I even got it balanced and aligned a few times, nothing helps with this annoying noise. Its just not a practical design, the hard composite makes it too loud. I will not be getting this set of tire again!

REVIEW ON SERVICE- NOT PRODUCT

THIS REVIEW IS ON THE SERVICE, NOT THE PRODUCT. BUT, WE ORDERED A SET OF 4 TIRES FROM THEIR WEBSITE TO BE INSTALLED SAME DAY, WE CALLED TO MAKE AN APPT., BUT THEY TOLD US THEY WERE FULL BUT WE COULD COME ON IN AND THEY WOULD WORK US IN. WE DROVE 45 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE COMPLETELY BOOKED AND COULD NOT WORK US IN. THEY THEN SCHEDULED US TO COME BACK 2 DAYS LATER. WE CAME BACK DOWN THERE AND THEY TOLD US THAT OUR ORDER HAD NOT BEEN "PAID FOR" EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE RECEIPT. AFTER ARGUING WITH THEM FOR NEARLY 20 MINUTES, SHOWING THEM OUR ONLINE RECEIPT WHERE IT SHOWED "PAID" THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD NOT PAID AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM AGAIN, BUT THEY ASSURED US THAT THE ORIGINAL CHARGE WOULD FALL OFF. AFTER A FEW DAYS, WE CHECKED OUR CREDIT CARD AND WAS CHARGED BOTH CHARGES. WE TRIED CALLING AND AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD, BEING TRANSFERRED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES AND BACK AND FORTH WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY TO EITHER CREDIT CARD UNLESS WE WERE IN STORE. SO WE HAD TO MAKE A 3RD TRIP TO GET OUR MONEY BACK THAT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN FROM US TO BEGIN WITH.

Tire balance issues.

The tires are just fine there’s nothing exciting about them they do what they’re supposed to do. However, there was a definite problem with the installation and the balancing of the tires. The staff is inexperienced, and I had to come back to have an experienced member of the staff rebalance the tires, and it cost me time from work, which made it so I didn’t even save any money to begin with. That staff member that rebalanced the tires told me that three out of four of the tires were way out of balance, and he doesn’t understand how the other staff/tire technicians thought they were balanced to begin with. Tires could be life or death. It’s not something to take lately. If you’re going to offer this type of service, then the staff should be very experienced.

They make my car waste too much gas!!

This tires are not bad they ride well, not great (you feel every little thing on the road), but when it comes to fuel economy stay away from this tires they waste too much gas, my car bf this tires, had firestone on and my gas consumption was around 25.1 miles per gallon in the city & 28.5 highway, average driving speed limit never racing, because i wanted to see what gas mileage i could get out of them well it went down to 23.2 miles per gallon in the city & 26.5 on highway, so now i'm losing 1.9 miles per gallon in the city and 2 miles per gallon on highway because of this tires, so i don't recommend then if fuel economy is what you aiming for, also the riding is not smooth it feels stiff and hard so you kind of feel every little thing on the road. So this review of the tires is base on gas millage & ride comfort and noise because they do get a bit noisy, everything else i guess is fine for now will see how good are they when it comes to the 85K miles tread life.
