The bacon is excellent. Meaty with great flavor. I do wish it was just a little thicker. The thick sliced available was thicker than what is usually offered for thick sliced and this was thinner than the common regular sliced.

Bought for a church breakfast, baked the day before and reheated for the meal. Excellent, crispy. Having the individual pieces on parchment paper made the cooking a snap.

Pretty good although the cut thickness varies from one box to the next. I like that it’s in 2 sealed bags because we don’t use it as quickly as a restaurant would. I quit buying the 3lb packs of smoked when it went from $15 to $17–now their $23! By comparison this is a good deal.

I love this bacon. It’s lean , It’s meaty. Just like what you would get from that wonderful 24 hour restaurant you love to eat breakfast at. I have never been disappointed. I have purchased for big family gatherings, youth trips and church functions. Freezes great also. Highly recommended! Great value!

We found this bacon years ago in a different state and tried it. We were instantly hooked. We package it in smaller amounts and it lasts for quite awhile. It cooks easily and has an amazing taste. While it could be cut a little thicker, it is diverse and easy to use in so many different recipes. We will keep buying it as long as it is available.

Great bacon! It is definitely thin but the shear amount makes up for it. The best part is that it is not nearly salty as other brands and has great flavor. The package contain a very large amount of bacon. But its not big deal, it come seaperated with some kind of paper. I used the paper that comes with it to separate it into rolled packs if about 6-7 slices then froze them. Comes out of the freezer with out having to fight with the individual pieces. Used it for breakfast, BLTs, and burgers! This is my new go to bacon of choice!

I have been using this bacon for several months now. I've never been disappointed as it has been very lean. When you cook this bacon on the sheet of parchment paper it comes on, they portions look nice as they don't shrink and curl. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes-perfect! Clean up is super easy.

This is some of my favorite bacon to buy. Great taste, quality is pretty consistent. Best thing is these 10 pound boxes usually sell for 30 a piece which is a little bit of an investment but thats 3 dollars a pound. I've also bought this bacon when it was 50 a box. It's still slightly cheaper than most name brands

I bought this about 2 years ago and I was happy. Then I decided I didn't need all that bacon and I would buy a smaller pack. Big mistake I've only bought the other brand once in 2 years I tell everyone. It tastes wonderful and it's such a good deal. It also freezes well.

We liked the ease of pulling the strips out for use, but the quality was very low. We went through 5 cases and they were all mostly fat that fried away on the griddle, even when we used a bacon press. And we could not seal it back up once opened, so 5 lbs of bacon often had to be cooked faster than we could sell it.
