Bruces Yams saved time good on taste

This product is good, however I had to add sugar to get them sweet. Otherwise they were good.

Some pieces were big and I was able to cut them in half so I had more than enough.

These are the perfect size yams for cooking. Tender and soft for Candied Yams.

Mashes up real nice for making Sweet potato casserole.
