We purchased this teeter-totter for our church playground. After being used for several months, some of the plastic pieces came off (or may have been taken off by kids!). I contacted Lifetime & they shipped out replacement parts very quickly. I have been very pleased with their customer service. The only negative comment I have is that the colors on the plastic seats, etc. are fading quickly from the sun.

We bought this for our Grandchildren about Assembly, Weldment, Rear Skid, With Cap, Green a year ago and they spend several hours on it each time they come over. Recently a part on it broke and needs to be replaced. The agent I spoke to, Amy, was very Friendly and Helpful. She offered to send the part free of charge.

Our kids LOVE the plane. Whether it’s toddlers or 5th graders, it’s extremely popular. Unfortunately we’ve had issues with some of the screws stripping the grooves on the front bar of the seat. But lifetime has sent free of charge replacement pieces every time I ask!!! I definitely recommend the tallest setting because it is not very high off the ground.

Got this for my grandkids! Several kids can get on it and even adults. My 18 month granddaughter can even get on it and loves it! They crawl all over it. Some fighting over steering wheel but overall they seem to enjoy it! ❤️ If you put it together and drive it somewhere recommend fixing the propeller because plastic can wear in the wind.

This item is great my daughter and her friends love it. But I would have to say the assembly party is much more difficult then it reads to be and many of the pieces were bent the wrong which made it difficult to assemble. This also takes at least 2-3 peoe to assemble not just one person. But once complete it's great!
