This thing looks cool and is built to last. It feels like playground quality equipment. Very sturdy, I have my 2 boys and their 2 cousin monkeying around on this constantly. only time we’ve had an issue was when I decided to try it out. I’m 420lbs. I bent 1 piece, Lifetime sent me a free replacement no questions asked. I will continue to buy products from lifetime.

This was a dream to put together! The instructions were so clear and the set up was easy. My husband and I put it together in about two hours, taking our time. The quality of the product is sooo nice. It seems like it will last for years. My kids love it. We don't have much backyard space and this is the perfect backyard toy for all my kids, ranging ages 3-8. They would enjoy it if they were younger and I think will continue to use it for years to come.

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter. She loves it. Says it requires 2 people but I actually put it together myself. A little tricky but I did accomplish it in about 3.5 hrs. Everything was in the box and directions were satisfactory. I would definately recommend this product.

My children who love climbing have been playing on it every day since we've had it (a couple weeks). My 6 year old says it isn't challenging enough and still prefers our tree, but it gives them something else to play on besides just the tree. My 3 year old climbs all over it as well. I like that the colors are earth tone. It looks good in the backyard.

Took 3-4 hrs to set up with 2 adults and lots of kids "helping". Product seems sturdy and to be good quality. Have only had it up for a week so far. Hopefully it will last a long time. Kids and friends LOVE it. Great toy that gets them off their duffs and helps in their muscle development, coordination, and proprioception. So far has been a 5 star product.

My wife purchased the climbing dome several years ago. The grandchildren have enjoyed playing on it when they come over. I moved the dome several times over the years when cutting the grass. Unfortunately, one of the bottom bars rusted out and broke. Called customer service and the young lady was very helpful. I ordered five replacement bars, just in case some of the others rust out as well over time. Young lady helped me placed the order and the replacement bars should be here in a couple of weeks.

My daughter is just about to turn 3 and she loves climbing it. She’s a bit young for it, but give her a few more months and she won’t need help climbing it. Loved that it was made in America. Was able to access video instructions on YouTube or use written instructions and bare were labeled. Only wish/change for manufacturer would be to have a colored diagram versus black-and-white. Otherwise we are super happy with it! Gonna put a small swing on the inside if it or hammock for her to relax on.

My autistic son fell in love with this at a private playground. It is a bit expensive but mostly medal and the one at the playground has been there a few years. Someone recommended treating with clear Rustoleum so I did before putting it together and sprayed all the connecting bolts and nuts after put together. I put this together by myself. I do NOT recommend doing that. It took a long time and was extremely difficult to hold larger pieces together to bolt them. At one point they recommended three people. Two to hold and one to bolt the plane to the base. Through excellent balancing, I was able to do this by myself but it took a couple tries. Also, I do not recommend waiting until a heat wave to purchase this. It’s together. I bought an artificial grass mat to put under it since it recommended not having it on grass due to moisture. I plan to have this for many years and foresee it holding up. I think the quality is great and the directions were fairly easy to understand.

Fairly well built. Some of the bolts in the cross-members would've been easier to get started if they had been about 1/4" longer. Took about an hour to assemble with three people working on it. Definitely attracts the kids and they seem to enjoy it.

We ordered both the Big Stuff Swing Set and Climbing Dome together. Both were shipped together and both were confirmed as delivered together but in reality only the swing set arrived. I called Lifetime and was on hold for thirty minutes before connecting with a human. The rep I spoke with recommended I call the freight company directly as she would have to “jump through a lot of hoops” and it would take some time. I called the freight company directly and they confirmed our delivery came up short per their manifest. They said they would try to track it down across the three different hubs it passed through on its way to us. All told it took about an hour on the phone with two different companies. Who wants to do that? The following day Lifetime called and confirmed the dome had gone missing. They offered to resend it but it would take over a month in a best case scenario as it’s back ordered. I requested they cancel the order and credit us the funds, which I was told would take several weeks. I get wait times are long nowadays and things get lost but I was so disappointed that no apology or regret was conveyed. Maybe I expected better customer service ordering from an American company but a simple “we’re really sorry this happened” would have gone a long way.
