Great classic camp stove that works with the standard propane tanks.

I too got it in case of emergency. Unlike some others this one folds up compact to store. Not happy about the tank attachment system since it sticks out the side and has to be put on taken off when used. But all of the stoves in this price range work the same. I Like using a small size tank since it will be more portable to take outside to cook since it is risky to use indoors. One tip, I had the hardest time getting it to light with the automatic igniter. Finally discovered that the gas has to be turned on to low and not high for the spark to ignite it. No problems now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coleman Triton Stove is a must have for any outdoor activity! It’s extremely portable and rust resistant. The 2 adjustable burners makes it easy to cook multiple things at once. Not to mention how easy the clean up is. Only downside is propane is not included.

Had a little issue with the wind but we figured that out and I’m sure it would have been worse without the guards. Great travel stove and love the different size burners!

I spend about half the year living out of my vehicle or in work provided housing(subcontractor with USFS) and use my stove daily. I use a small propane tank with a Coleman branded hose to make sure the connections work and I don’t go through countless small green canisters. My old standard stove finally died and I bought the Triton as an upgrade. Unfortunately the triton flame dies out in cold weather if you try to use both burners. Most of where I work is above 10,000 feet so there are cold mornings and nights pretty frequently. The flame dies regardless of how full my propane tank is. When the stove works, it’s great! But the one I purchased, doesn’t work when I need it to.

I love the wind shields and the ease of travel with this stove!! The fuel also lasts a while as well. I'm super happy and will be purchasing another one in the future

My biggest concern was whether it would work with my larger pans. and I was surprised that it worked with all the bigger pans I have. Whenever I go camping, it's with many families together and I always have to use very large pans. I like that it closes and the lid serves to prevent wind. I found it easy to install propane gas. I used it on my last camp and it was a success. I highly recommend this camping stove.
