It is a delicious candy bar, it is crazy to think it is only 3 net carbs. It is the size of a regular candy bar as well. My husband and I both love them!

The Caramel Chocolate nut roll is the bomb! Tasted like a candy bar. The Almond coconut was also great had it in the morning with my coffee. I would definitely recommend these bars especially for those who crave chocolate.

I absolutely love the Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll, however I was disappointed with the size of the bar being decreased. I definitely noticed the difference with the newest box I opened.

Protein wrapped in a sweet, chocolate layer, with crunchy nuts and flavorful caramel center. The taste is so rich that this bar can't be a good choice, but it is! I have a new best diet friend.

Love the bars but just about cracked my tooth on a few pieces of shell. Just be aware some of your bars may have shells. Can send u picks if you'd like. Did not see any other way to contact you.
