These are flat out delicious! However, total carbs are very high, and the use of sugar alcohol is how they keep the net carbs low. I can eat one as a dessert but not by itself as a snack. Two will cause a glucose spike.

This item is perfect or anyone who is doing a local or keto diet. My husband was having trouble with the diet because he loves sweets. This taste just like a candy bar and it cures his sweet tooth without the all the sugar and calories.

They are messing I feel like something changed in the way it was made or stored. Every bite taste good but lots of chocolate pieces mess. They have always given me gas everytime I eat them...but idk about these anymore...

At first these tasted like a good candy bar, but afterwards, the artificial sweeter used to make them gave me a headache. I will not be buying these again.

These have gone downhill. These have been a staple on our keto diet for when we need a treat, however this year the quality and size of the bars has gone down substantially. We are no longer happy with them for the price.
