I'm a butter snob and even I like this stuff. It's really good and does have a strong butter flavor. It's great for cooking. It reminds me of movie theater popcorn butter (and we all know that's not really butter in those pumps). It would probably work well for sautéing seafood too.

I purchased this about a month ago. Very happy with this product. Love to use it any place I need oil. whirl is the best butter flavor oil. So happy Sam’s carries this product in Altoona Pa. I wish the Sam’s club in Billings Montana would carry this.

Good oil to use with popcorn machine.

I first was introduced to this product at a 5 star restaurant in Hawaii. They were using it at an omelet bar. I think it has a great taste and a great substitute for general cooking oil.

This is the second time I've purchased Whirl. The product tastes amazing and you really do not need a lot to cook with it. I will continue to purchase as long as Sam's carries it. You gotta try it just once!

I love this butter alternative! I put it on popcorn, on chicken, fish, etc I grill. I am now on my second bottle!

After reading ALL the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. The absolutely worst ever. Waste of $18. Not sure if it was suppose to taste that way but entire dinner was ruined. Tasted rancid and of course I cant return.

Sam's DOESN'T list the ingredients for a reason! It's highly processed seed oil! Key Ingredients (Standard Whirl): Soybean Oil or Rapeseed Oil:  Primary fat source. Hydrogenated Soybean Oil/Rapeseed Oil: Used for texture. Salt: Enhances flavor. Sunflower or Rapeseed Lecithin: Emulsifier. Artificial/Natural Butter Flavor: Provides the buttery taste. Beta-Carotene: Used for color. Yeast Extract: Often added to enhance savory notes.
