I purchased after I bought a 16 in chainsaw because of the handling and performance of the chainsaw. I am 72 years old probably have no business cutting down trees,etc. I use the saw for heavy work and jaws for trimming. my wife commented today that why didn't someone invent these when we were young. I am so impressed with your products and that is not easy, I managed a major mfg customer service dept, mostly keeping design engineers straight. Hats off to your company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never used it. I took it out of box and tried to lift over my head and couldn't. I put it back in box and returned, I am 73 and really thought I would be able to use by myself, glad I didn't order extension pole that would have been a bigger problem. I did like the concept of it just too heavy

I was afraid to use chain saws. But this one is so safe and easy to use. I have a lot of gardening to do, and this product has made my life so much easier. I used to use loppers to trim my 5 crepe myrtles and it was a chore I dreaded. This was the first fall that I used the jaw saw, and boy was it 29x easier.

My wife bought this Worx Jaw saw to use in her garden for over hanging tree limbs. Very Hard to control using extension pole. Too top heavy and unless you can bench press 70lbs. don't by it. The picture shows a women using the pole extension. She would never be able to control it safely. A law suit ready to happen.

Works great for a few minutes then the chain falls off. Stays on long enough to cut 2 or 3 limbs. I have tried tightening the chain more, loosening the chain, nothing helps. Any ideas on correcting this problem? This has happened since the day I received it. Other than this problem it works great.

It does the work I bought it for. Once we figured out how to use it, the work went smoothly. Only problem was I had to call my brother over to help me because I found it a bit heavy. Do wish I had gotten the battery operated one as there are neighbors who could use some help cleaning up around there homes and my extension cords will not go that far.

I bought this a month ago and it has already paid for it self. I have the powered and battery versions and they both work extremely well. The chain came off once(most likely due to my having it to loose). It is very time consuming and frustrating to put it back on unless you read the instructions. If you read the instructions FIRST, it is very easy to do in just a couple of minutes.

I have many ligustrum shrubs around my house. If you keep on top of the pruning of them, they aren't too bad. BUT, if they are left to grow, it's a nightmare. I used a chainsaw and lopers to lower one by about 6 feet to make room for roofers. The shrub was about 15 feet tall. The limbs are awful and consists of hundreds of tiny limbs in clusters. It took me about 3 hours to cut it back like I wanted to. I remembered this saw and looked it up. Best thing I ever did. I lowered another shrub about the same amount and it took about 35 minutes...simply amazing. It is a little heavy, but not terrible.

This product works great for my yard. I have cut down a dead bush. I also have cut over grown hedges. We have garbage cans here for green waste. To be able to fit the maximum amount of trimmings in it has to be small pieces. This tool will do that. I even cut the pieces smaller in the garbage can. Istill have projects to try this on but so far it has worked great.

I bought the jaw saw at a home and garden show maybe 10 years ago. I have chainsaws but I'm not rea comfortable around them. The jaw saw is perfect; it has so many safety features and it's very portable. While I wish I had the cordless one, I can move my generator to anywhere on my 9 acre property and cutting trees, bushes and even bramble cuts down without my having to touch it. It works great! I recently had to change out the chain - I've never done that before - the instructions were easy and it was changed in 19 minutes tops. I love it and highly recommend to anyone with big branches that they don't want to saw through with a hand saw.
