We have eleven trees in our yard and every week we are picking up branches and sticks and throwing them on the Pile behind our storage barn. The Pile gets pretty high about twice a year! So buying the "WORX Electric Jaw Saw" has made cutting the pile down to throw away size easy!

Works great for a few minutes then the chain falls off. Stays on long enough to cut 2 or 3 limbs. I have tried tightening the chain more, loosening the chain, nothing helps. Any ideas on correcting this problem? This has happened since the day I received it. Other than this problem it works great.

I bought this a month ago and it has already paid for it self. I have the powered and battery versions and they both work extremely well. The chain came off once(most likely due to my having it to loose). It is very time consuming and frustrating to put it back on unless you read the instructions. If you read the instructions FIRST, it is very easy to do in just a couple of minutes.

my husband very pleased with the jAW SAW. bought it for myself, but haven't been near it yet. he actually bought the chainsaw first and was impressed.he is still cleaning up from hurricane matthew now he is interested in ext pole so we'll be looking into that soon.

I bought this saw several months ago and just used it a few weeks ago and it did a great job, cutting two large branches fallen from a tree into my back yard. both were about 4" in dia 18 plus feet long. Using this saw was a easy task, to saw into 14" lengths and to trim all of the small branches into small mainagable pieces. I have tried to find out where and how much a replacement chain and bar would be. Just for insurance. I can not find these items on your web site, help would be appreciated.

I bought the jaw saw at a home and garden show maybe 10 years ago. I have chainsaws but I'm not rea comfortable around them. The jaw saw is perfect; it has so many safety features and it's very portable. While I wish I had the cordless one, I can move my generator to anywhere on my 9 acre property and cutting trees, bushes and even bramble cuts down without my having to touch it. It works great! I recently had to change out the chain - I've never done that before - the instructions were easy and it was changed in 19 minutes tops. I love it and highly recommend to anyone with big branches that they don't want to saw through with a hand saw.

when I saw the infomercial I knew I had to have one..I have a pile of wood the size of 2 motor homes and most of it is smaller branches of cottonwood, not trunks. I collected it from a golf course that went out of business. I can cut 2 wheelbarrows full of wood in less than an hour including setting up the power cords. It is really quiet compared to a chain saw and alot safer. I had a chain saw grab my jacket once and almost lost an arm. Now trimming trees might be different as there is some weight to the saw, but for my needs it is the best thing ever!

This product works great for my yard. I have cut down a dead bush. I also have cut over grown hedges. We have garbage cans here for green waste. To be able to fit the maximum amount of trimmings in it has to be small pieces. This tool will do that. I even cut the pieces smaller in the garbage can. Istill have projects to try this on but so far it has worked great.

We just bought our first home and the yard had lots of extra branches, bushes and random things growing. It was a mess! But this saw come to the rescue and made the job wayyy easier. It was a fast project for us. And its a super safe tool b/c it hides the chain in the thickest part of the saw and only comes out when you squeeze the handle and push at the same time. Another plus about this product it self oils. Things to be careful about...keep the electrical cord out of the way, you'll be moving fast and may not realize the cord is in the way. Also the chain may fall off every once in a while but its okay, its very easy to put back on, I'm a 30 YO female and i can handle it. And no need to worry about get hurt putting it back on there are safety features you have to follow in order for that blade to stay in the right position to put the chain back on. Overall this is a very good saw and a keeper for our home.

I bought this in early summer and have used several times. It works very good for branches which are on the ground, but now well at all for branches still on the tree. I had a large blowdown over a trail and I tried to use this on the branches higher than ground level. First, it's difficult to apply enough pressure to get it to actually cut. Second, the chain comes off. third, it's impossible to put the chain back on in the wood unless you bring tools and another person. I have used it on the ground and it is a chain saver for regular chain saws, thus the 3 stars.
