WELL WE HAD A PARTY AND THE BOYS LIKE TO PLAY HORSESSHOES. THEY DO THIS BEHIND THE GARAGE WHICH IS A JUNGLE AND LOTS OF SMALL TREES.. I TOLD MY GRANDSON TO TAKE MY SAW AND GO OUTBACK AND TRY IT OUT. WELL HE DIDN,T KNOW ENOUGH TO STOP HE CLEANED THE WHOLE BANK OFF. I ALSO HAVE TWO OF YOUR SAWS SOLD. THANK YOU

Bought this to do some tree trimming around the house and it has proven to be so much more helpful. We burn wood throughout the winter and this helps with cutting some smaller logs into pieces for fire starting. It can be used safely in the garage. The extension pole has really come in handy with the extremely high pine tree next to the deck!

Decent product when the chain doesn't come off. It doesn't function well with limbs that are at the top end of its capabilities. Chain comes off basically every third or fourth cut. Takes a good 5 minutes to fix every time it breaks. Extremely annoying and the design needs to be modified to be considered a good product.

I adore the JawSaw but had to send it back due to the tension nut being able to turn at all. I quickly received my replacement JawSaw and it was wonderful until that is the chain came off, and the tension nut would not turn at all, even brought it to neighbors to try to do as well. My rating would have been 5 stars if the JawSaw actually worked as it was suppose to. I gave it a 2 due to when I could cut with it, it was fantastic. BUT if any adjustment or chain reset was needed--well it was not possible on 2, yes 2 JawSaws. I can understand an issue with 1 but the same issue on 2! If either of the JawSaws I had and have actually was able to use the tension adjustment nut I would be super pleased with this product. As it is I cannot justify any monies on a product I could only use for a short period of time and then is rendered useless.

This little saw is just the ticket for yard work. Very pleased with it.

I don't have to wait for my husband to cut branches I can easily do it myself & it's so safe.

can't keep the chain on and its very frustrating am time consuming
