Everything abou thtis grill is excellent from the packaging, to the delivery, to the detailed assembly instructions, to the build quality. It's absolutely on a par with the Weber grill.

This grill heats up faster than previous four burner grills I have used even though it has more space inside. it looks and feels well made. We grill a lot, and this one looks like it is up to the task.

I've been looking at this grill for 2 years. Finally bought it!! Couldn't have made a better choice. It's bigger than I thought and so nice. Put it together myself.

Very heavy duty. Relatively easy to put together. Way better quality than expected. The cover is also quite heavy duty as well. Very much worth the money.

It took me almost 3 hours to put the grill together. The instructions were easy to follow but there are a lot of pieces to assemble. Towards the end, one of the final assemblies had a wrong picture of the part. There were only 3 big pieces left so it was easy to figure out. I gave it 4 stars since I haven't used it yet. It seems well made and I was able to get $50 off. The cover fits nicely and I wouldn't have a grill without one. I'm looking forward to using it once the weather warms up.

Well made, sturdy, and designed so that consumer can replace a burner easily down the road. Also the included cover is very well made. And the boxed grill fit like a glove in the back of my Jeep Wrangler! Assembly took 2 of us almost 5 hours so turn on some music and enjoy the puzzle time. Also, a great assembly interactive video made assembly easy. Perfect!

Assembly was not easy for a couple of steps where the screws were in difficult to reach places. Then, a grate was broken in three pieces. I filed a claim for it. It is currently two days past the promised replacement date but UPS will not even provide a new date. I emailed the vendor for assistance - nothing yet. I chatted with Sam's just now and will have to see if they will help in any way. Bottom line - I would never order something like this again.

Started putting grill together and got to Step 2 before discovering that the frame was not aligned when it was welded and the sides would not go on. Thank goodness Sam's has a great return policy, took it back for full refund and purchased another. Grill #2 Made it to step 8 and the front doors will not go on. The pre attached bolts are not in the correct spot for the bottom hinge on the door. There is no way to make it work other than welding the bottom hinge on, not doing that. It's going back and unfortunately I will not buy another Members's Mark grill. Sam's Club should re-evaluate putting their brand on this grill in my opinion. I have purchased many Members Mark products and always had good experiences.

My husband put it together without much trouble no dents or missing parts but it didn't have the porcelain grates just plain cast iron disappointed but don't want to go through the trouble of taking it back also the temperature never went below 350 with controls turned all the way down I guess another learning curve

So excited to get this grill! So disappointed to see how difficult this grill is to put together with the poor coordination of the alignment of nuts, bolts, washers. Nothing lined up, had to use parts I had on hand (thankfully I had them!). This does not qualify as anything close to a do it yourself project!!! The maker of this grill should be held accountable for their poor materials to assemble this grill safely. I have assembled MANY grills in my life and feel sorry for anyone who gets this crazy mess as their first!!! Don't buy unless you are a pro at assembly.
