Purchased this after my previous grill had ran it's course.  This was a great bargain compared to other manufactures.  It works great!  The best feature, and what ultimately lead me to this grill, was the grates themselves.  Tradition grates have items stick frequently and fall through.  These grates are non-stick and narrower together so I do not lose food or have it get stuck when trying to flip or remove the food.

Great Bargain!

Huge, heavy, grates are nice. Top warming rack is shiny non stick coated. Three cast iron cooking racks are not shiny. Everything sticks so we use copper sheets or other grill accessories. Haven't used side burner yet. Love that propane tank is hidden behind double doors and that it came with a custom fit grill cover. Lots of cooking space for 2 families. No problems yet. Have had for about a month. Bought on season end sale. Great deal compared to others elsewhere. Cooks a bit hot even on low settings so takes some getting used to. But I'm very happy with this grill!

Easy to put together and sharp looking

I shoped a lot of stores for a grill that was sturdy for west Texas winds and decided on this one. Easy to put together. Heats great. Cooked in 20 mph wind with no problem. A great grill for the price

Heavy Duty

Not as easy to put together....predrilled holes.for.door are off making one door higher than.the other. Side burner not working

4 burner grill

Assembly was a little time consuming. The bigger issue I had was when I opened the package, one of the grates was broken in two pieces. This concerns me about the quality of the grill. (I called the manufacturer and I had to submit photos.They sent the replacement part.)The grates also have a weird coating that makes me question if they are okay to eat from.

A little disappointed…

Only part of the grill was available. The heat shield for the tank did not fit and I had to cobble a piece to fit. Several pieces were poorly cut, but did fit with work. 

The grill burns like it should and ignites without issue. Pain in  the behind to put together!

Partial grill

Grill delivered in a damaged box and fortunately I was able to assemble it with some bending and twisting.  The metal frame was welded and nearly an inch off square level

Not real happy

The unit was dented and banged up.  The Tucson manager said he would replace it but we rented a pickup truck initially.  We didn't want to spend the money renting another pickup truck just because they can't tell the units they're selling are banged up.

There ate many parts to unpackage and assemble.  Even if you decide to review all the parts, all the details are not shown.  Some of the holes do not line up.  I found myself having to modify parts to be able to assemble.  One part was plain defective missing captive nuts.  This was a horrible experience.   Good thing for Sam's Club excellent return policy.   I turned it in & got my money back.
