It was also light and very easy to install. This freezer is also very affordable, especially for the quality. I am very happy with it!

Plenty of room for the size. Easy access to drain (in front) for defrosting, if needed. Fan vent on lower right side of freeze so keep in mind when determining placement.

It's great and fits perfectly in the open space and maintains a freezing temperature. I only have Frigidaire appliances in my home now and am very pleased with their performance. Whenever I've had to call service the tech has been awesome.

Placed in our hot Florida garage and opened at least a couple times a day, our 1986 model of the 5 cu ft freezer has been working non-stop for 35 yrs ! After turning it off to defrost it we hold our breath that it will come back on when we plug it back in.Working like a charm !

The freezer is just the right size for storing extras for 2 people. I do wish I could locate another wire rack for the top of the freezer. So far I cannot find one.

This 5 cubic inch freezer is just the right size. We have a side by side refrigerator and the freezer part does not hold a lot. The wife is really happy with the small freezer because she can now store her meats and veggies. It also works great and freezes just right and keeps the food freezer. You can check the temperature and adjust as needed.

I don't have much extra space but this size freezer fits perfectly. I thought 5 cu. ft. might be too small but it actually holds quite enough food. I was also concerned about using the extra electricity but there isn't any noticeable increase in my bill. I'm satisfied with this freezer.
