Small on the Outside but Lg on the Inside

Really Packs in Some Food! This is the smallest stand alone freezer I've ever had but was really surprised by how much food it holds. Really happy so far.

Nice and Quiet

Great freezer!

We just got this freezer and I am impressed with how much it can hold and how quiet it is! I do want to get another of the baskets that came in it and I'm having trouble finding one. Has anyone purchased another basket?

Works great1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The purchase of this freezer was an emergency situation. My upright freezer had gone out and I needed a freezer quickly. This freezer works great and actually holds a lot of food. I an very pleased with the purchase.

Review of my new freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is light so I can easily move it to clean. Love that the dials are on front and easy to get to. I will have to get another wire basket so I can reach the bottom but that is no problem. Overall, I am glad that I bought this freezer.

CHEST FREEZER REVIEW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is delivered in one piece and is easily set up after removing the accompanying paperwork. Total plug and play! Set the interior temperature and fill it with freezables and you're all set. Not noisy in the least, replaced a much older model and I am thrilled with this purchase.

Short lived product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer in June and it stopped doing what it is supposed to do. I have to turn it off and on DAILY just so my frozen goods don't end up as a puddle at the bottom of the chest. Needless to say, I'm far from not being impressed. Also. I had called in and was given the buy back option.

Great till it wasn't

Bought this in January of 2021 it worked great up until this summer where I left my college house to return home. Came back to check on my house and all of my beef chicken pork and other frozen food were gone and rotting in the bottom. This is not right for a 1.5 year old freezer to go out like this will not be buying or recommending Frigidaire.

Broke after 1.5 years

This freezer worked well for about a year after which the system only kept food at the very bottom of the freezer frozen. Temperatures at the top of the unit were well above freezing and we had to through out considerable amounts of food. We could not find a reason for this failure (the unit was never moved, subject to extreme temperature, etc). We tried defrosting and restarting the unit, but the problem persists. Very disappointed.

Don't purchase!

I bought my freezer on April 18, 2021. On July 8, 2021 I smelled a burn type of odour & my freezer was not working! The Brick (where I purchased it) would not assist me. I just spent 30 minutes trying to get through to Frigidaire and was disconnected. I will be asking for a refund. I had it less than 3 months and had spoiled food. Very disappointed. would give 0 stars if I could. Won't be plugging in again for fear it burns my house down.
