Function meets design

I am so happy that I can put a TV in my main living area again without having to design around the aesthetic roadblock of having a black square in the middle of the room. I love being able to disguise this as art!

I bought one and decided I need another

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What more can I say then his is just an amazing tv! I bought one and then bought another to replace an older Samsung TV in my bedroom. Crisp sharp picture from gaming to watching your favorite shows/movies. The always on display with picture mode is fun and lively, making what would normally be a black hole on the wall turn to art or your own personal photos. Only inconvenience is the instructions on mounting, thankfully there's a ton of YouTube videos with step by step instructions. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just an amazing TV.

Great amazing features this product has

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my the frame LS03DD QLED 4K TV for streaming TV series to podcast, plus great picture for gaming and clear sound for homework videos for school work. Since having the frame TV it's been such a great experience couldn't imagine going back to regular boring TV screens again.

Samsung Has Outperformed Again

Right now it is showing beautiful and fun Christmas art. I love picking out new art and rotating thru my favorites. Looks like a lovely piece of art above my fireplace when we are not watching tv. By Far the Best TV that I have Ever Purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is so slim and light, it hangs right up on your wall like a picture. The quality is outstanding, and looks so realistic. Numerous features in the settings and even has a gaming setting. It works with all the apps like (NETFLIX, PEAKCOCK, PARAMOUNT, ETC.) with no lag at all. The remote charges itself by the sunlight and never needs to be plugged in. I rate this TV a 10 out of 10.

Samsung has done it again....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My frame TV is the centerpiece of my living room. The design is sleek and surprises my guest everytime. The smarthub allows all of my streaming services to be at my fingertips. Setup was super easy and quick. The picture looks like a live portrait and I can change the pictures to show off my family gallery of photos. This TV was one of the best investments. My husband is planning on changing all of our tvs to the frame. All of my appliances, cellphones, tvs and entertainment devices are all Samsung and I love having capability to control them from my app. No need to look for the remote my phone is the remote. Samsung has done it again another great product. Thank you.

Love My Frame TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Frame TV for several months. It works as advertised. First the TV is picture is good quality. It is easy to switch between Art Mode and TV. I have Apple TV and have no problem switching between them. Hanging the TV was fairly easy, but I have used anchors and levels before. Requires 2 people. I added the Samsung ultra slim sounderbar. Great sound! Now for the Art mode. It took me a little while to setup my subscription. I finally went to help and some support forums to find what I needed to do to get it working correctly. Lots of art to choose from. They have seasonal art which I enjoy. Two improvements I would suggest is: 1) additional mat colors. Not nearly enough are available. 2) ability to have music playing from the TV while in art mode. I am a photographer, so I am looking forward to displaying my own art work. Haven't had a chance to prepare the photos yet. Happy with my purchase!

TV keeps turning off every 15 mins by itself. I've factory reset it twice

wchris, It’s unfortunate to hear your TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
