VERY happy and impressed with the quality of the pic and the audio is also great (even without a sound bar). However, this remote is the worst! Have to point at the tv and you better have your arm raised and lift a left foot for it to work! Pressing the roll portion almost always moves the cursor 2 sections and not just once. Help us loyal customers and create a remote that doesn’t need to point at tv!

My Frame TV has taken all this to a new level by giving me an aesthetic piece for my living room, where I can change the picture to fit the mood and the decor. The quality of this TV stands out among the rest of the Samsung collection in terms of quality and functionality. The advanced quality-of-life features built in, like nightlight and solar charging remote, really elevate the experience of having this TV. I am excited to get another one for my bedroom next!

It looks wonderful in my tiny house, especially when it doubles as artwork. It offer some great features including actual sign language. I would have liked it to have hearing aid option that turns down background music . Hopefully this will be added in the future. The only flaw with this television Is a very sensitive remote control. It’s very frustrating when the channels change whenever the remote is touched by the dog or as we’re getting up, we’re sitting down in a chair. Eventually, I’ll stop procrastinating and buy a universal remote that shouldn’t be necessary given the cost of the TV. Did I mention the artwork? The available art is constantly changing And definitely worth the yearly subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the overall everything about it but loading pictures to the TV can be very glitchy sometimes. I wish there was a better design for arranging individual photos on the frame, just a tad more customizable. Definitely didn't mind the price for the 43 inch with the buy one get the 65 inch tv free but I wouldn't ever feel comfortable paying full price for the larger frame tv. :/ as much as I'd really like one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thin mount looks amazing, frames snap on with ease. Art mode can cycle through your own pics or existing libraries. The software to upload pics doesn’t work well and has bugs. The TV doesn’t seem to mind the rules when you set to auto dim and motion detection. Picture and color are great.

The TV sits right next to an 80" window which faces the south and I get alot of of sun. The image on the TV is great, no glare from the sun. The Frame was super easy to set up and incorporate all my apps and is incredibly easy to navigate. I like the TV so much I considering buying another one
