[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My honest review of the Samsung Frame TV Alright guys, let me tell you something… This TV is INSANE. I didn't just buy a TV I literally added a piece of art to my home. When it's off, it becomes a painting. No black screen, no ugly reflections just ART. The matte finish is unreal. You can stand right next to it and it still looks like a real canvas. Everyone who comes over asks me the same thing: “Wait… is that a TV?” I've got the wood frame version, and honestly… it changes the whole vibe of the room. It looks like something straight out of an art gallery, but it's a TV. Samsung nailed the concept. During the day, it displays our family photos Celebration, Disney trips, little moments with the kids it's like having a digital photo wall. At night, it turns into a 4K QLED TV with vibrant colors and a crisp image. Perfect for movies, gaming, or just chilling. And that One Invisible Cable thing? Game changer. Finally a setup that looks clean, elegant, and minimalist. Sure, it's not the absolute best for HDR if you're a hardcore cinephile, and yes, you'll end up buying extra bezels or paying for the Art Store. But honestly? Every time I walk by it, I smile. It feels warm, alive, and part of our daily life. For me, this is more than a TV it's an experience.

Great Picture, Terrible Interface
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, Samsung asked so I will tell you. Great picture, very slim profile, blah blah. But it is so incredibly irritating how terrible the interface is. 1. Can you make it any more difficult to add your own photos to the screen? I've (no joke) made outlines of how to get it done and still can't do it easily. 2. Every time you try to stream something to the TV, it shows you two small screens, like Picture in Picture, and you have to go through several button clicks to tell the TV "No, I only want to see what I am currently streaming....and on the whole screen" what a huge pain! 3. Advertising on my TV. From You. Do you not make enough money just selling the TV? There's not even a way to give you MORE Money so I don't have to see ads on my TV. LAME. This is my second Samsung, there will not be a third, guys. Sorry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture! Easy to operate too, it wasnt confusing. However, I had not watched it in several days because it's in a spare bedroom. When I turned it on, it now looks weird. Theres lines across the whole screen and also flashing semi funky colors randomly. Don't know what happened. I had just ordered a 65" like it for my work office but cancelled the order. I like Samsung but don't want the hassle of possible cracks or messed up screens. But the TV was beautiful!

Disconnects from apps on its own frequently
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had this issue with any other tv than the Samsung Frame. I'll be watching something on one of any of the apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc., and the tv will shut down the app and bring me to the default Samsung tv channels or my cable connection. I then have to restart the app I was watching and find my program again. Software is up to date and this problem will not resolve.

Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several friends had to convince me to purchase the Samsung 55” Frame TV and I'm so glad they did! I have loved it since the moment it was installed. I really appreciate the clarity of the picture and sound and the best part is I don't have a big black screen over my fireplace when it's not turned on! I had company one evening and someone mentioned my TV. One of the guests said, That's a TV??” and I had to turn it to the TV function before he would believe it!

Samsung Amazing Frame TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable! That is what people say when I tell them my beautiful picture is a TV. Samsung does it again. Turns an eye sore TV into an artist masterpiece. Love that you can upload your pictures so you can enjoy your memories. I have had many parties and have to turn the TV ON to prove it is a TV. I love that you can customize the picture by adding a mat. When tv is on the picture and sound quality is perfect. Thank you Samsung.
We're not crazy about ‘the frame”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We weren't expecting the “One Connect Box” which is the control center of the tv. It's a separate box that's connected to the tv. I wish the power light was in the center of the tv and not on the far right. The remote control is solar or is rechargeable, which if it dies, you have to wait for it to be charged instead of changing batteries. And we're definitely not impressed with “the frame”. It usually takes a few times to turn the tv off after holding down the button for way too long. They could also provide a user guide that is only 1 page. With all of this being said, the Quality of the picture is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the Frame TV for about 6 months. To insure it was mounted properly , I paid for the mounting above my fireplace. Cord was run through the wall and into a cabinet next to the set. Control box is in a closed cabinet next to the TV and I have had no issues accessing it with the remote. Picture is great and some of the artwork is surprisingly good. Sound is good and with sound bar it is impressive. I am using the Frame TV with Sling TV and a Sling box. Local Channels are accessed through antenna and cable into the Slingbox. Used several years with a 55 inch Samsung with no issues. The reason for the 3 stars is the software. Simply put, it is horrible. When it works it does what is expected. However it crashes almost daily. Locks up and requires fully turning off the set to reset. More than once I have had to unplug the control box to reset the unit when simple turning off would work. You have to plan ahead to watch something that is time sensitive, in hopes you can reach the channel before the program/game starts. For what I paid for this set, it is frustrating at best. Looking at other reviews I see that I am not alone with these issues. When will Samsung do something to correct these issues that renders a very good concept and picture so irritating?
