[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung frame to have a low profile tv and picture frame in my bedroom. Our previous TV took a lot of space. At first the frame was pretty nice to use. I decided to go ahead and pay the gallery subscription to have access to more art work. My wife loves being able to pick out seasonal images to have hanging in our room. Downsides are that the controls on the bottom seem to operate in a way that always leads my kids to turn it on when I am changing them on the table right infront of the TV. Also the frame seems to have a constant issue where it will alert you that there is an optimization required, this usually happens right when you start using the frame and it is basically inoperable for 5 minutes doing some optimization that never seems to solve the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is truly the only I ever encountered that actually blends in with the decor and isnt obviously a television With a Screensaver playing. The crisp and vivid colors on the screen make any image I play ,(I use the gallery feature which rotates the collection on a cycle so it stays fresh) seem genuinely rendered in that medium: acrylic, chalk, pencil etcetera The only issue I had was the bracket and mounting & system. It was certainly a technical task requiring a little to alot of ",know-how" which required me to call someone better capable over to finish installation. Since then However it has worked flawlessly, blending in with all my decor, stable as anything on my walls!.

We are planning to build a nice picture frame for it soon. Since we are not gamers or big cinephiles, this this performance is perfect.

Definitely Samsung quality, does not disappoint. My only complaining is that I have not been able to redeem my two year ArtStore subscription, I don’t know what I may be doing wrong, but doesn’t let me process it without adding a payment method. Otherwise, great product!

Great TV with a low profile mount. The only problem I have with it is regarding my amp I use for surround sound. Apparently, the Frame model won't send a signal to my amp to turn on when the TV is turned on. This is a common issue that I didn't learn about until after buying the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased 2 Samsung TV's and a Samsung dishwasher. We have a small 2nd home where last year we purchased 3 Samsung TV's. On our 65" Frame TV we just bought, we get weekly requests to sign up for our FREE 2 year art subscription. Yet it doesn't exist. When I call your company ( 2 times now) You tell me I'm not qualified. Well, then quit asking us to take advantage of it. 5 TV's and 1 dishwasher in 1 year and We're not qualified. We do like the Frame TV and own 2 of them. Thanks Frustrated
