Installation was simple and while it requires two people to do, there is nothing difficult about it. I already had a set with the one connect box so I knew I would like it, but this set with its almost magical single cable connection is the best. I know there are sets with better resolution, but this one is more than adequate for my eyes. Smart features work great, and the shortcut buttons make switching between streaming services a breeze. The screen has ample art choices, but I wish there were more. I am looking to reduce my subscriptions, so not much interested in signing up for yet another. I can't imagine replacing this set with anything other than another one...Perhaps, a bigger screen size!

The smarthub allows all of my streaming services to be at my fingertips. Setup was super easy and quick. The picture looks like a live portrait and I can change the pictures to show off my family gallery of photos. This TV was one of the best investments. My husband is planning on changing all of our tvs to the frame. All of my appliances, cellphones, tvs and entertainment devices are all Samsung and I love having capability to control them from my app. No need to look for the remote my phone is the remote. Samsung has done it again another great product. Thank you.

I could not resist the sale, I have been keeping an eye on deals and prices on the 65” Frame TV. I finally purchased in December, installed it myself very easy. My wife helped me hang it on my he wall. And WOW absolutely stunning! I love the art on my wall when we are not viewing tv. When we do watch it is so real looking action, it is easy to imagine that there are people in my new picture window in my room.

We have been using the tv for about a month and like it. The picture and sound are good and we enjoy the art work when the tv is off. Biggest negative is that it was supposed to include a 2 year subscription to the art store but I never figured out how to redeem it. Looks like I'm only getting 3 months free. Also a bit disappointed that the optional frame was so expensive for such a small profile frame.

I've had it for about a year. I've had issues with the volume. During a show, for example Seinfeld, the actors voices with suddenly change volume and get very loud for a bit. Then it will shift back.to normal. Sometimes opposite, volume will decrease for a few moments then go back to normal. I tried adjusting the settings. This happens a lot and no one is touching the remote or the tv at all. Other than that it's ok. Not thrilled with it. I kind of like the art subscription but there's not enough of what i like or want with that either. enh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mt Frame for normal everyday use to work movie TV shows And occasionally I use the internet. The best thing about this t v is it's design. It literally looks like a picture sitting on my wall. I have tons of apps included with the TV and more that can be downloaded. It's very user friendly and takes no time to set up. Be able to connect my phone to my t.V is also a plus. The sound quality is great as well as the picture quality. It is perfectly mounted on my wall, and even that was a breeze to set up. I highly suggest the frame TV to anyone. You won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thin mount looks amazing, frames snap on with ease. Art mode can cycle through your own pics or existing libraries. The software to upload pics doesn’t work well and has bugs. The TV doesn’t seem to mind the rules when you set to auto dim and motion detection. Picture and color are great.

So....unexpectedly way better than I expected. I really thought it would be great but I have a bright room. The matte diminished the reflection to a degree I did not expect. Sound quality is great and the ease of installation with the frame is great.
