Since having the frame TV it's been such a great experience couldn't imagine going back to regular boring TV screens again.

Having the frame display different art during the day when we're not using the tv looks 100x better than just that big black rectangle we had before. The matte finish makes the art look so realistic. Like an actual painting hanging in the wall. We will definitely be getting the customizable frames very soon to make it even better. Now I just want to get the 75inch frame tv for the living room to replace that one.

Lastly, the service from Samsung has been top-notch. The setup was straightforward, and I experienced a issues, called for service. They came quick, fixed the problem and made sure I was satisfied. I bought this at Christmas time 2024 , did not know what to expect other than what I read on line , what a surprise once I had it installed , the picture is very clear and crisp , looks extra nice once I got a very nice frame put around it to , it looks like hanging Art work on the wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stream and cast with absolutely no problems at all. I have lost apps once but it is electronics and things happen. VERY happy and impressed with the quality of the pic and the audio is also great (even without a sound bar). However, this remote is the worst! Have to point at the tv and you better have your arm raised and lift a left foot for it to work! Pressing the roll portion almost always moves the cursor 2 sections and not just once. Help us loyal customers and create a remote that doesn’t need to point at tv!

I could not resist the sale, I have been keeping an eye on deals and prices on the 65” Frame TV. I finally purchased in December, installed it myself very easy. My wife helped me hang it on my he wall. And WOW absolutely stunning! I love the art on my wall when we are not viewing tv. When we do watch it is so real looking action, it is easy to imagine that there are people in my new picture window in my room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had not heard of the Frame previously and was looking for a VERY thin TV for our renovated living room---one that you see the side of right when you walk in the front door....I didn't want a bulky, black, sticking-out box to great people when the walked in. In searching for a thin TV I came upon The Frame and was blown away by the design and art functionality. I knew it would be perfect! We basically designed the whole main wall and wall unit of our living room around the TV. We added white bezel and it is perfect. It's a great TV for watching and many guests have no idea that it is anything BUT art hanging on the wall.

It's so fast, no lag ever. Plus, the design is totally unique, only Samsung could come up with something so cool. It blends in so well, I forget it's even there! Art view though turns on and off based on movement but at times turns off even when there is someone in the room and takes a while to adjust based on the darkness fe room.Overall good tv but a bit pricey for those features that don't work at 100%
